Charging cable fits right through the back. Oh that's a neat idea. I just need to get my hands on a 3D printer haha. Not wireless, it's just a stand that has the cable connecting through the back. Might even have the cable built-in as part of the whole thing.
Strangely, the solution was to insert the cable into a different USB port on the computer. Then everything was fine again. Mine wouldn't connect in W11 either. I dug out the original Garmin cable and it connected then switched back to the puck I usually use and it worked too.

The charge is very touchy and I have to manipulate it to just the right spot. I used a brass wire brush and cleaned mine and sprayed it with some qd electronic cleaner. I used some dielectric grease to protect the contacts along with a cover for the port. No problems anymore.
