The display in the DIC that shows Weather, Eco, Tour, Sport and Track will default to Tour if the car was using Track prior to shutdown. If you leave it in Sport then it will stay in Sport after shutdown. I do not know of anyway to start the car automatically in Track mode. This is a feature that GM decided needs to be specifically turned on by
