make sure to reset the controller (if already connected to another device) press the "PlayStation" button and the "Share" button together until the lightbar starts flashing white to enter pairing mode. go to your Bluetooth settings on the computer and try to connect the controller. If it is not shown try to restart the Bluetooth on your computer.
The easiest way to figure this out is by connecting it to a PS4 and seeing if it works properly. If you don't have a PS4 but have access to another computer, try using the DS4 on the PC and see if
Connect the secondary account to PS4 Remote Play. After the controller automatically deactivates, turn it on by pressing the PS button and log-in to your primary account through the Remote Play
Hey, I got a little issue with my PS4 controller. The first time I connect it to my laptop using bluetooth, everything went fine, it paired nicely and works well on Steam. However, after I reboot my laptop, I can't figure out a way to connect it again without removing the device and pair it again.

PkunkMeetArilou • 2 yr. ago. If you're playing Apex on Steam, just plug the controller in. Steam should recognise it with nothing for you to do. We've done this on our relatively new PC. If Steam isn't recongising it, I'd actually question the cable before the software at that point. If you're playing Apex through Origin, yeah install

IF anyone needs a solution i got it, stick a bobby pin in your controllers reset button on the back use some force until you feel it press down, then wait 5+ seconds and then hold down the ps button and you should be good! 1.
